She assures that specialized training is provided by developing, modifying, and implementing training programs as required. In addition, she coaches, supports, and instructs clients' management team to achieve a high level standard of food safety, health and safety, and sustainability resulting in an integrated approach to safe operations by encouraging active participation by all employees.
